( yes that make THREE visits to the same doctor)

The official ruling is

I AM A "FORMER DIABETIC" !!!!

So that means the weight loss is working.

It also means less $$$ spent on meds.

ALSO

My bad cholesterol is down

and my good cholesterol is up

I am not saying they are where they should be

but they are much better than they were 3 months ago.
