We had a great time in Texas
But then any time with Jack is great

The trip home was a bit strange ..
Fluffy ( my Yukon) started taking on

a life of her own.. Windshield wipers would

not shut off or do intermittent

After the rain quit , Tom had to pull the fuse

to stop the wipers.. Now she

has decided to squeak when you step on the

brake pedal.. Like it hurts .

What we did this weekend

My Pa said he was bringing a surprise for me

Today was my first big boy day with

just me and Maa & Pa.

We went to Chuck E. Cheese.

I rode the horses, played in the climbing tubes and played

a lot of games with my Pa

Just chillin on Sunday Morning

Recently, in large French city, a poster featuring a young,
thin and tan woman appeared in the window of a gym.

It said:

A middle aged woman, whose physical characteristics did not

match those of the woman on the poster, responded

publicly to the question posed by the gym.

To Whom It May Concern: Whales are always surrounded by

friends (dolphins, sea lions, curious humans). They have an active

sex life, they getpregnant and have adorable baby whales.

They have a wonderful time with dolphins stuffing themselves

with shrimp. They play and swim in the seas, seeing wonderful

places like Patagonia, the Barren Sea and the coral reefs of Polynesia .

Whales are wonderful singers and have even recorded CDs..

They are incredible creatures and virtually have no predators other

than humans. They are loved, protected and admired by

almost everyone in the world.

Mermaids don't exist.

If they did exist, they would be lining up outside the offices of

Argentinean psychoanalysts due to identity crisis. Fish or human?

They don't have a sex life because they kill men who get close to

them not to mention how could they have sex? Therefore they

don't have kids either.

Not to mention who wants to get close to a girl who smells like

a fish store? The choice is perfectly clear to me;

I want to be a whale.

P.S. We are in an age when media puts into our heads the idea

that only skinny people are beautiful, but I prefer to enjoy an ice

cream with my kids, a good dinner with a man who makes me

shiver and a coffee with my friends. With time we gain weight because

we accumulate so much information and wisdom in our heads that

when there is no more room it distributes out to the

rest of our bodies. So we aren't heavy, we are

enormously cultured, educated and happy.

when I look at my butt in the mirror I will think,

Crap, still gimping & limping today. I do okay for about

2 hours after I wake up and then the

screaming pain sets in again.

I did manage to get the pasta salad made today,

a triple batch . Daniel and Melissa are

supposed to be here at 5pm. After they leave I will need

to finish removing the dog hair from the floors . Have done

this two times today. I swear all 3 of these dogs should

look like a mexican hairless!!!

I did manage to get 2 loads of laundry done and after I

finish this I am going to go Endust the furniture in the guset

room. That is a puppy free room, but I still want to make

sure there is no dog hair laying on the furniture.

Bob & Linda will be here tomorrow , so don't expect to

much activity on blog or email.

Nick did email me .. He is just fed up and ready for

his tour to be over.. I can't say that I blame him. Will write to

him tonight and try to give him something to laugh at or about .

And it just keep going on and on

Bob and Linda will be arriving Tuesday, so I won't be writing

anything until they go back to Reno. Buy then hopefully I will

have some more pictures to add to the blog.

Nick T. sent a somewhat disturbing facebook message .

I have emailed him and am now waiting for a response. He

sounded very down. I really hope he is okay.

I have done "something " to my right leg, I am back

using the walker agian. It is not the knee, it feels like

the tendon or muscle on the inside of and behind

the knee. The entire area is flaming hot. I have stayed off

of it most of today and yesterday.. I hope it heals

on its own.. I am not ready for another battle with

the idiot doctors of Arkansas.

Thankfully Tom scrubbed floor and guest bathtub for me .

HE made dinner too.

He really is a KEEPER !!!
